  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad).

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), AG Lifestyle will bear the courier cost.
